What can do you on the Patient Portal?
On the Patient Portal, you can do a number of things such as updating or adding to your demographic information and surgical information, view your child's immunization record, request new appointments, and cancel or view upcoming appointments. In addition to this, we can send reminders for upcoming appointments. If you would like to sign up to use the Patient Portal, please stop by the office to pick up a form or print out the form and send it to us.
